Teleconference for CareSalus Primary Care Office

3/21/2020 6 PM

To All providers and staff and patients:

In light of the rapid spread of COVID-19 and the latest public health advisories on travel and large gatherings, we have made the very difficult but necessary decision to close the office with patients face to face visit from March 23, 2020, instead,  with Telemedicine. That means that all the staff members will not be required to come to the office except the oncall providers on duty. Our office oncall providers will be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to practice  Telemedicine  and keep communication with our patients and staff with questions. We are still availbe for office visit for the patients who really need face to face evaluation and examination. Please call the office at 724-463-3720 if you have any questions and or needs office visits

Further decision and notice will be based on the Medicare, Federal Government, and PA state recommendations and guidelines.

I know how disappointing this turn of events will be for you and your families, at a time when we are all sadly engulfed in disappointing and disheartening news. Our office providers will be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to keep communication with our patients and staff with questions.

Also, in the meantime, I hope you will take care of yourselves and those around you, by heeding the advice we are all receiving about practicing social distancing and regular hand washing—while at the same time carving out time for a walk or a hike, or a good book, and plenty of rest.  We’ll get through this, together.

Thank you for your understanding and support in these challenging times. Very best wishes from CareSalus Primary Care team.
